HCI × Generative AI — Full-Stack Prototyping / UX / Creativity Support

Research Software Engineer specializing in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Creativity Support Tools powered by foundation models. I build and evaluate interactive systems end-to-end, spanning from ML/LLM backends to frontend UIs. By designing rigorous user studies and developing novel evaluation metrics, I translate research findings into both academic publications and real-world product innovations.

Rapid building of Lovable and Complete Apps

Research
Engineering
(Prototyping
for
Discovery)

  • Flexible Interaction Architecture: Designing systems that allow rapid A/B testing of interaction scenarios and parameters, prioritizing exploration speed over scalability.
  • Micro-Interaction State Management: Implementing complex state management for real-time, low-latency interactions (e.g., musical interfaces) that demand precise timing beyond typical web standards.

Experience
Design

  • UI prototyping
  • Designing stories through interviews

Application

  • AI Agent Dev, Web backend, ML/DS (NLP) (Python)
  • Interaction Design, Web frontend (TypeScript)
  • Apps for music experiences (Max/MSP)
  • Native Apps (Swift)

Infrastructure

  • AWS serverless stack, Quick prototyping using IaCs.
  • Cloudflare service dev stack (D1, KV/R2)
